Calling all young cinema fans! The Adelaide Film Festival Youth is looking for jury members!
High school students aged 15 and over are invited to join the Youth film jury. The Youth Jury will select winners for the Statewide Schools Filmmaking Competition categories, open to individual students, groups of students, or classes of students from South Australia.
Jury sessions will be done on both Zoom and in-person at screenings at the Palace Nova East Eastend during the 2023 Adelaide Film Festival.
The Statewide Schools Filmmaking Competition categories include:

- Best Primary School Film
-
-
- Best Middle School Film
-
- Best High School Film
-
- Best TikTok by a 13–18-year-old
Successful jury members will receive four complimentary tickets to screenings throughout the 2023 festival, as well as an invite to the Red Carpet Gala, where the Statewide Schools Filmmaking Competition winners will be announced.
Submit an expression of interest by Friday 28 July. Successful jury members will be notified by Friday 4 August. The 2023 Adelaide Film Festival will take place from 18-29 October.
