Channel 44 is Adelaide’s community broadcaster, bringing you local TV on free-to-air across Adelaide and everywhere on our streaming service CTV+ on iOS and Android.
We’re a non-profit, purpose-driven team working with our partners in the education, culture and screen sectors to
C44 broadcasts to the Adelaide metro area on a community broadcasting licence. We air programs that both reflect and inform our community and give voice to the diverse elements of our community that are underrepresented in commercial TV programming.
CTV+ is a streaming platform where you can watch great, all-Australian community TV on apps for iOS and Android and at ctvplus.org.au. Watch C44 Adelaide and C31 Melbourne programs live and on-demand anytime!
C44 works with its partners to create diverse and inclusive content to share local stories, provide access to local events and culture, and enable pathways for emerging creators to gain vital experience in screen production.
C44 relies on the integral contributions of many volunteers in roles ranging from crewing productions to scheduling broadcast programs to creating social media content.
C44 is a self-sustaining non-profit which funds its operations through content partnerships, sponsorship and grants attained through competitive application processes. It does not receive any operational funding.
